I remember reading it was a letter she wrote from Tobolsk.

I have only one thing to say at this point.
You have all been deceived by a chocolate.

Marie does not look much like her usual self in the photo with the Christmas Tree. She looks like a different girl in my opinion.

Dearest Tsar Doug

Never fear.....I have dispatched a very hungry army of echidnas selected especially for their long and sticky tongues to help defend the palace against the ants, licking and sucking them up in their thousands....they will also eat all the white ants and lick the furniture clean on their way out.......

Alexandra Feodorovna / Re: Young Alix - Before her Marriage

Not only the loss of her mother but the tragic loss of her little sister/playmate, little Princess Marie, imagine how lonely and sad the little Alix would have felt, as Marie would have been her best friend.

There was a family photo of Alexander and Marie with baby Nicholas and so I think there must have been a photo of the four of them with baby Alexander, after all they were a royal family.
It must be in the archives and as yet undiscovered.
Because it does not make sense that the child lived for almost a year and there are no photos of him.

The name "Ella" is becoming popular in Australia. The four I know are named just "Ella" and the name is often in the birth announcements I have noticed over the last couple of years.

I see nothing wrong with wearing a bright pink polka dotted robe!
I want one  ;D

From TV documentaries and what I have read Olga was identified in the burial pit.
Also her skull is very badly damaged indicating how much she suffered, during execution and after.

I will just continue to be old fashioned and use common sense to know that the executioners did not fail in their mission.

Any true "survivor" of the massacre would have been recognised by surviving members of the family, after all everybody acknowledged  Minnie and her daughters  ;D the same would have happened to one of Nicky's daughters, they would have been taken in by surviving members, not left to marry peasants and live in obscurity whispering their little secrets. ::) :P
Unfortunately when royalty / celebrities die in such horrific conditions some people want to believe the truth could not have happened and the "survivors" could be living on a remote island like ELVIS ;D or living in secret like the Romanov Grand Duchesses. ;)

I dont see any resemblance in this woman to the Imperial Family or any of Queen Victoria's other extended family.
Another sad case of somebody pretending to be one of the poor children. (again).
Oh, and of course the claimants are always happy to live out their lives separated from the rest of the family.........

Dear Girls

Princess Pink is delighted to accept your invitation to be the Mistress of the Robes for your upcoming production.
There is one catch: now everything you wear shall be pink, of course, so it is officially now a Pink Production.
Perhaps the Pink Panther could make a cameo.....
Princess Pink is still at Tsarskoe Selo catching pretty butterflies but wanted me to let you know she feels suitably honoured at your invitation.

Well maybe the Hollywood/Bollywood dance instructor would be so kind as to give the pirates some tap dancing lessons as well? I suppose tap would sound great on the decks. I love musical extravaganzas, such liveliness and fun!
Meanwhile, Princess Pink is in shock at the latest news, which for security reasons must be kept top secret, as any leakage could cause the tiny country to become permanently broke, leaving the Princess in  a desperate finanacial situation.

Nicholas danced beautifully, (some described it as VERY graceful) and played tennis and rode horses very well.
