1909: Nicolas 2 and Président Fallières met in Cherbourg for one day,
1912 and 1914 (8-23 july 1914!) Président Poincaré met Nicolas 2 in Russia.

We have also seen (see into the thread) the général (latter maréchal ) Joffre meeting emperor Nicolas 2 in Krasnoie Selo (1913)

I found (a good and clear article of WIKIPEDIA) the dates of the visit in Egypt (the famous Oriental expedition from 4 November 1890 n.s. to 16 August 1891). Nicholas 2 was visiting Egypt 22 November–10 December  1890 n.s..
