In regards to offtopic colouring...
It's said in the having fun forum rules that things here are to be Russian-History Related. I would much prefer them so, but this isn't a dictatorship.
So.. with that being said.. what do people want to do?

As the Discussion Forum contains topics of the European Royalty, i thought that Colored pictures too¡¡¡ Not only Russian Imperial Family¡¡ Perhaps i was wrong, sorry.

We brought up off topic pictures before, and we considered adding an off topic thread for colored photos in Forum Discussion, which is pretty much the off topic section. For some reason, it was shot down.

Maybe we should start a thread for off topic color pictures....eh,maybe not.
