As of now, I have yet to find a photo of Princess Zenaida wearing the dress.  but, I'm Still looking.

do you happen to know when the dress was made or where/when she wore it?

I would like to see it, i'm sure that she wore it for an special event, it's very elegant ;-)

The man in the uniform , based on the uniform and body built appears to be Felix Sr. There have been other photo published of him & Zenaida in similar clothing. Thank you for posting the image Katenka

The photos are from a Russian documentary "The Yusupov women". Previuosly Ashanti posted some of them, but as the links are broken now I am posting them again for those who had no chance to look at those wonderful pictures.

And a funny story about Zenaida from the same documentary.

Zenaida was a very educated and cultured person already at 7 years old as her mother always cared for her daughters' education and manners. In such a young age Zenaida could communicate easily with adult people and make conversation as a fine lady. Once upon a time a very significant person visited her mother, Princess Tatiana,but she could not enter at once to her guest and sent Zenaida to entertain that VIP adult man. Zenaida was doing her best: she talked to him about the weather, about some other insignificant things, she many times tried to interest him in refreshments - fruits,drinks and so on. The guest didn't care about little girl's politeness and looked bored. After exhausting all topics Zenaida kindly asked the man: "Then, if you don't want anything, possibly you want wee-wee??"...When Princess Tatiana finally entered the room she found her guest almost rolling on the floor laughing and on very good terms with little polite hostess.
