Ambassador's Memoirs Problem

I have been looking at "An Ambassador's Memoirs" (of Maurice Paleologue, the French Ambassador in St Petersburg during WW1) and have hit a snag. When I try to look at Chapter III of Volume 3 (Oct 27 to Nov 22, 1916) I keep getting Chapter II all over again.

As fas as I can ascertain, the other chapters seem to be ok. Is there a problem with the site?

Similar problem here, but with Memories of Russian court by Anna Vyrubova.
As I have written elsewhere, it seems that chapter 15 of Anna´s book is missing from here http://www.alexanderpalace.org/russiancourt2006/
Or rather - it is the same as chapter 14. Then there is a unlogical leap to chapter 16.

Pleas,e could somebody fix that, so we could get the chapter?
