Re: Reply #29:   I would agree with you, "Lisa'. It has been over a year, with no follow-up from the source.   Present and future economic difficulties and exceptionally poor public interest in the subject matter have undoubtedly killed it ( no pun intended).  Similiarly, how many times have we heard on here "I'm writing a book about...," and I doubt if  1 in many, many thousands of expressions manifested EVER sees the printed light of day, even if self-published by some vanity press.  Reality trumps passion most all the time in this field.  AP
