I never found the diary for 1912. Does anyone read it? Is it anywhere available (in russian)?

That Nicholas' diary exist. There is his diary entry on October 5th 1912, during Spala crisis. 

I have known Stephen de Angelis has translated the diaries of Nicholas II. Here is a short note on a lecture that he delivered last month:
