Sir William Butts was a physician. He was a Norfolk gentleman that studied at Cambridge.  Both he and her wife Margaret Bacon were members of Princess Mary's Household circa 1525. When Anne Boleyn and her father got the sweat sickness he attended them.
And of course he attended Henry VIII a lot, the King highly appreciated him.
He died in 1545.
