No, the boy with the book (not writing) is GD George Alexandrovich.
The boy in blue next to MF is Nicholas Alexandrovich. The boy in white is Prince Christian (X), he stands behind King Christian IX.

 Thank you so much kmerov. I only saved a tiny version of the tuxen painting and I thought that GD George was writing!!!! Smiley Smiley

I'm still having a hard time finding GD Xenia in the painting.

Ok, the group of children on the right of the painting is from left to right: Princess Marie of Greece holding the book, Princess Louise of Wales, I don't know the child wearing the white sailor suit, GD George Alexandrovich in blue sailor suit reading, Princess Victoria standing, Princess Maud, GD Xenia and Princess Louise of Denmark wearing the dress with red trimming. Please correct me if I'm wrong and can you identify the boy with the white sailor suit behind GD George? Again, thank you so much. Smiley Smiley Smiley

Labelled as Children of King Frederick VIII of Denmark, but i'm not sure since the 6th and 7th children have a a few years age gap.

I think it's an assortment of his grandchildren--I believe Margarethe of Sweden (daughter of Ingeborg) and the future Frederick IX (son of Christian X) are in the group.
