What do you think would of happen? If the DNA results that were conducted in the 90's I think, came back positive, saying she was the grand duchess. What do you think would of happen?

I think that if the DNA is carried out in 1994 positive results presented, would not have said! I think that would have kept unaware of this, saying that the test result was negative. I hope that members who are critical of everything, do not complain. (Names do not !!!). I do not know why I should complain! A person is free to express their opinion? And sorry for my BAD english!!! What do you think GoldenPen?

I remember  they asked one of the members of the Romanof family in an interview  in 1994 exactly this question. He said that it would be very sad that she wasenīt able to prove her identity during her lifetime. That they had to admit they had done a mistake but that it was an honest mistake. Thatīs the way I think they thought. They had no reason to believe she was genuine.

Proof that the family never denied AA for money as the AA supporters obviously like saying.

I'd kill myself (literally only and joking of course) if it did. I would say "how could she turn that ugly as she was so pretty in her 1901-1918 photos?"
I'd also question the DNA examiners or rebuke them for having manipulated the results!

I think if she had been proven right it would've become a big cultural thing. They would've made a big-budget movie, tons of romanticized biographies about her would've been released, etc. Not saying that hasn't happened anyway, but if we knew she was for real it would all be that times a million.

Now that we all know she was a fake hopefully in a century people will remember the real Anastasia and her family much more than AA, who will fall into obscurity like most royal pretenders throughout history did.
