Lippe Family

Can anyone tell me is Lippe-Weissenfeld branch protestant/lutheran or catholic?They seem to make marriages with members of either religion...

For example,Princess Theresa zur Lippe-Weissenfeld married firstly to Baron Heinrich von Thyseen-Bornemisza and later to Prince Friedrich zu Fürstenberg,both Catholichs...than her sister Princess Theodora zur Lippe-Weissenfeld who married Prince Prince Friedrich von Auersperg and now just days ago Prince Ferdinand zur Lippe-Weissenfeld married Princess Auguste von Bayern in Roman Chatolic church...btw,here is a picture of the happy couple:




And some other members of the same branch married into the Protestant/Lutheran family like Princess Elisabeth zur Lippe-Weissenfeld to Duke Christoph von Schleswig-Holstein or another Princess Elisabeth zur Lippe-Weissenfeld who married Count Prosper zu Castell-Castell...

So,can anyone tell me what religion are members of this branch?Maybe mixed?

I though the Lippes were reformed / Calvinists, just like the Hohenzollerns and the Oranges.

It seems they were divided by branches,just like the Württemberg family was...I was just wondering does becoming Catholic had anything to do with part of Lippe-Weissenfeld family settling in Austria?

The family of Prince Egmont zur Lippe-Weissenfeld lived in Castle Alt Wartenburg in Upper Austria,so maybe members who left Germany to Austria became Catholics...

Any other thoughts?

P.S.I don't understand why Lippe family thread is among mediatized families when they were ruling family until 1918 and never mediatized...
