Can any one give me any illumination with regards to a badge for sale on Ebay. Its looks like the regimental badge for the Life-Guards Cuirassier Regiment of Her Majesty The Empress Maria Feodorovana. How ever the central St Andrews Star is wrong , it lacks the cypher of Peter I and instead has the State eagle. It looks as if the central star has been taken from the badge of the Composite Guards Company.  Has any one on the forum any knowledge of a variant badge like this?
