I was several times in the same show just to see the palace. I knew some of the dancers by face, they are the same since 1999. Last year for the first time we could see the impressive library of the palace, quite the size of a big ballroom!

Ella and segei did not actually decorate the palace themselves. It was done by the original owner a Ruissian Prince with a very long name! They only redecorated the odd room here and there.

I found two pictures of Sergei and Ella's home in St. Petersburg. The first picture is a recent pic and I hope someone can help identify the statue in front of the palace.
