I think I dreamed it just because this picture! heheh ^^
But... I tryed to remember more of what I see, and can say that the lady was with a more clear hat, maybe white, and look more young that the one in the photo.
First thought to be Anna Vyrubova or Lili Dehn, but it did not seem to match with any of them.

Love is stronger

Probably! I do that often...I'll look at one photo and then dream myself into it. Very cool.
Sounds like a mysterious lady! I guess we'll never know.

I had another dream recently. I was standing in a doorway looking out onto a balcony, watching Nicholas II from behind. He was smoking and it was very bright and sunny outside--I could see pine trees.

I wonder what it means to dream about someone smoking??  :o
There is a clock that never strikes...
There is a cathedral that goes down and a lake that goes up...
There is a little carriage abandoned in the copse...
There is a troupe of little actors in costume...
And when you are hungry or thirsty, there is someone who drives you away.

l lol! I think on whatever plane of consciousness one runs into Nicholas, he'd be smoking! I sometimes dream of the courtyard around the greenhouse   in Tobolsk and it's always brilliantly  sunny when I do. Odd to dream about a spot rather than events. You're speaking about the sunshine reminded me! Thanks!

He was a chain-smoker, right? Apparently they identified his skull by the horrible condition of his teeth...
You're welcome! I'm glad I made you remember.

Lord, yes.He was famous for that in an era that didn't see smoking as bad for you. So it's interesting your dream had this detail. In later years, the girls picked up the habit as well.

And Alexandrea's skull by its cutting edge dentistry of the day. In fact a dentist visited them while they were  in Tobolsk. So it can't be said he had no access to dental care after the Revolution.

I wish I could say I've had another dream or two on them, but the truth is, I haven't actually had a single dream since my last Hapsburg dream.  That can't be healthy.  Maybe I should consider actually sleeping at night.

lol!  Dreams are like butterfiles and  watched tea pots. Look for them and they aren't there , get distracted , then suddenly they are.

Ha! :D That might be helpful! Do you have insomina? Or just keep yourself awake thinking of Romanov things? :D

I spend my nights writing about them.  How else would I get so much done?  My whole week is filled with hardly more than school, and I feel no sense of accomplishment in my day unless I write in one of my stories, whether it's about the Romanovs, Hapsburgs, something based off of Star Trek, or my superspy sisters I made up.  That means staying up as late as I know my body can handle.  That's why sometimes you'll see posts around midnight from me (it's called writer's block.)

My sister is the exact same way...she's usually thinking about a story or poem. And I just have frequent insomnia XD. I guess the first way is more fun!
Superspy sisters sounds interesting.

Seriously, at midnight, you can expect me to be on my laptop writing away.  I've been forced to go to sleep earlier because of these constant headaches I've been getting, though.  I can't get rid of them no matter how much I sleep, but I can tell you that it me helps the next day if I don't stay up too late.  Otherwise, teachers will be screaming at me and my bffs will wonder why I'm so out of it.  As a matter of fact, it's only 9:45 over here, and I'm planning on going to sleep soon.

I actually had a dream last night!  I was hiking outside my house, and I came back, and my house got turned into some medival museam.  All these suits of armor were coming to life and trying to get us.  It was creepy, but at least it's a dream.  Maybe the moral is I need more sleep in order to dream.

That's really creepy :P. I had a similar dream to that once, except it was a huge spider chasing me around.
