All I Want for Christmas is ???
just think Christmas is just around the corner. so I've been thinking what Romanov books i would like this year. i would like Romanovs love power and tragedy ( I think everyone has it but me) the jewel album of course. I know there are others but i can't think of them right now. i love Romanov,imperial Russia--(st. petersburg. moscou, t.selo quai, neva, cosaques, troika) and the Kaiser's family postcards!!
i would really like to have some to add to my collection.

You know what? That makes two of us. I don't have Romanovs: Love, Power and Tragedy and I too really badly want it for Christmas!!! Sadly, it'll probably be too expensive so I guess I'll have to hope for Peter Kurth's

Really? Why do I have excatly same wishes...I wonder if they are to come true.... ;-) (Hehe). Ooh, yes, I want some other things too, like traveling, or something little, I love little presents, nothing huge. All I want for Christmas is to move to Salt Lake City, Utah and have enough money to live comfortably, not richly, just to have enough and not have to stretch pennies every day.

But what i want for Christmas is the Christmas Spirit..And i want outside to snow ... About presents....I want to meet sooner the son of Tsar Boris and i want also some books.... I want more not material things like indeed good and loyal friendships and good times

Question...I spent most of my childhood in America, and though I am Orthodox, American Orthodox church members still do the whole gift-giving, Santa thing on December 25th, with religious services as well. Of course there are also special services on Jan. 7th, but, is this just an American Orthodox thing, or do others around the world also celebrate Dec. 25th? Thanks in advance.
For Christmas I'd like to spend the day with my family, and the one I love. Romanov trinkets are always nice also.
