Don't mean to sound naive but when I see pictures like this it just blows my mind. There is an almost unreal sense of content and normalcy here. How does anything bad happen to anyone in this picture? These aren't people in a hopeless war or fending off radical revolutionaries, this is a happy picture of people living in the Midwest or something. Their biggest drama is family illness or whether they're voting for Wilson or Hughes in the upcoming election while they work at diners, or gas stations, or maybe (at most) hold fancy jobs in town.

Tatiana by the way looks amazing here in her simple little pose. Such a princess always!

One never stops being stumped by that question....particularly for me when I view photos of ceremonies from the 1913 celebrations where tens of thousands are cheering or when the family is having fun together etc. It all beggars belief and yet it's true.

It's a sorta kinda dimunitive form - not a WOOF-WOOF or even an Arf-Arf ---- more like a yip-yip.
Thank god Ortipo wan't a Chihuahua or else it'd be "тявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтявтяв"

This one has been seen by all a zillion times now but is still astounding and is my favorite of TN
