Joanna, you ask marvelously specific questions, and I'm thinking that only someone who lives in the area or has enjoyed extensive visits and the chance to do consider research before and after their visits would be able to answer your questions.

I will be on the lookout for that Master of Ceremonies that mentioned in your other item. I am hoping his existence is not like that of the elusive "Martha Mouchanow," the so-called author of My Empress, whom most of us have agreed did not exist--at least not under that name!

I think this may be a view on the left of Quarenghi's Dacha on Srednaia c1863. If it is, the building on the right would have been next to Anna Vyrubova's house.

The far background would be the grounds of the AP with the Kitchen building further up between Srednaia and Malaya. Could this next photo c1863 be the entrance to the AP from Dvortsovaya/Malaya:
