They are awesome but making them can be a pain sometimes, especially when you have family who is used to eating them on a daily basis coming in a few months and you must keep your apartment well stocked... looks like I'm going to be spending A LOT of time in the kitchen in the coming weeks...

Mmmm, tonight my dad and I had salmon, tuna steaks, horseradish sauce, and...tortilla chips! Oddly, the chips went great with the salmon. :o yum

Went out for dinner tonight so I didn't have to cook.

Main - veal marsala and scotch fillet

Not sure what I'm eating tonight...I could have gone over to my aunt's for pasta but it's terrible outside. So probably some chips or something  ::)
