Hi Robert,
I'm in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
Blackfish here is quite common and we have it a lot.
The only way I like Blackfish is to fry it without batter.

Constantinople, that sounds delicious! For some reason I've never really thought about eating grouse; is it good?

Tonight it's probably tortilla-crusted tilapia for me.
There is a clock that never strikes...
There is a cathedral that goes down and a lake that goes up...
There is a little carriage abandoned in the copse...
There is a troupe of little actors in costume...
And when you are hungry or thirsty, there is someone who drives you away.

Very nice I get some from a friend who raises them as close to wild as you can get.  They have a nice gamey taste and you need about 2 per person.  I make the glaze by boiling fresh orange juice and red wine and honey down until it is like a syrup.  I roast the grouse until its almost done and then apply the glaze and then finish them off.  Good grouse has a  nice gamey flavour to it.  I am not sure about farmed grouse though.  I have a friend who has an estate in Scotland and he shoots grouse which are really wild and gamey but you have to watch out for shot when you eat them.

Last night we had grilled chicken, baked potatoes, and green beans. Tonight we had hotdogs, burgers, and corn on the cob.

Yum! I love burritos! Tonight I'm having french fries which are left over from mine and everyone's lunch when we went out today.
