I do believe tonight we are having frozen pizza, or if I don't want that then whatever I make for myself. I'll probably just go with the pizza though.

I have started  boiling the lobster shells for the basis  for my stock, but now what to do  with the  blessed animal's meat ? Something Asian, I imagine, would be nice and relatively easy.
Different from the usual treatment. Any ideas ?

I was going to make spaghetti last night, but my younger son had a JV football game (he got two tackles and recovered a fumble!) so we ended up getting chicken from Kroger instead. The spaghetti's been rescheduled for tonight.

my sister and I are going to BBQ some chipotle chicken breasts, corn on the cob and spaghetti squash and making some sweet potato fries. I don't know what we're having for dessert, but we'll probably have some fresh fruit with a bit of whipped cream or something.

We stopped and got chicken wings at Kroger on the way home from 5:30 Mass. My younger son is having some kids sleep over tonight so we've got lots of chips and soda, too.
