Just wondering how people are today, your thoughts feelings etc?

I'll start, had a good morning but a horrible afternoon.  My new filling has fallen out.  :-(

I just had a filling replaced two days ago and it took another two days for the pain to go away. PLUS the pain of the $240.00 bill.
It's all good now.
Hope you do ok Rosie.

Well I've had a very nice day today and thankyou for asking - what a nice thread.
We pottered around the house and I did a LOT of cooking - sigh - I just adore my kitchen! Smiley
We had two out of our three boys home for dinner tonight. The youngest still lives at home, the middle lives out and the eldest was here for a roast dinner as his girlfriend is away. He left about half an hour ago with my vacuum and food. Grin
So all up a family day/evening was lovely.

I'm now going to plonk myself in front of the tele with a cuppa and crochet.

Tomorrow is another day.

Oh, I'm sorry for you rosie. :- (

My day:
I got up early and I went to the beach (it's a very hot day here) but...a jellyfish stung me on the left arm (I don't know how it can be possible, but I have the ability to attract all the jellyfishes to me...they LOVE me - LOL!), and also, I burnt my neck, even though I had a high protection sunscreen :- s
So I left the beach early, and now I am highly annoyed.

RFan4Ever, I hope your arm is okay! Ugh...are jellyfish to any degree poisonous?

Today I went to the pool with my mom, sister and brother, but just sat reading ("Dracula"--this is my 4th time reading it, lol. It's one of my favorites) instead of swimming. Even after 2 hours in the sun with no sunscreen, I was miraculously not burned! Then we went out to eat. It was an ok day but after a while I became annoyed for no apparent reason. This does happen Tongue

Great thread! Hope everyone has a good day! Lindelle, I hope you get your vacuum back Cheesy

Sorry about the filling Rosie and your arm Rfan. I picked up a Portuguese Man 'o War that was laying on the beach when I was a bratty 4 year old. Needless to say, I learned to NEVER pick up anything on the beach unless my parents said it was okay.

Today though, I went shopping (something I hate, but it must be done) for clothes for my new job in the morning and then went fishing with my little brother in the afternoon, but its been threatening to rain a lot today, so we cut it short and instead went to my family's farm to show my aunt and uncle our "babies".

Tomorrow is the first day I don't have to be at work, practice or the farm, so its going to be a "kick your feet up and catch up on other things" day.

I haven't got my vacuum back yet, it must be a good thing LoL.

Today started out very nicely UNTIL my youngest (he's 18 and still lives at home bless him), asked how come the dishwasher hadn't been emptied yet.

Need I say more?

Oh yes, thanks God it's ok now, only some little pains but nothing to worry about, furtunately jellyfishes here in the Italian seas are not particularly poisonous.

Sorry about the filling Rosie and your arm Rfan. I picked up a Portuguese Man 'o War

Oh, sorry to hear :- (, as far as I know Portuguese Man o' War are terrible.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today I decided to spend the entire day reading, outdoor it's too hot, and fortunately I have the whole day free, so I am going to read a good novel with the air conditioning on, drinking ice tea...what a paradise! ;- )

Today could have been better. I slept over at my friend's house last night and today, me, my friend, and her dad were planning on getting coffee and seeing the matinee showing of The Last Airbender. Well, just as we were about to leave, my friend's boss calls and says she's supposed to work today even though it's Monday (she doesn't work Mondays) and it wasn't listed on the schedule my friend had at home. Angry So, our day's plans went down the drain. Hopefully she'll feel up to doing something this evening.

Katenka: *gasps* I love paella! Even though I've only had it once! And congratulations!! =]
