WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you lilianna!!!
I have never seen contemporary video of the condition of the second floor. (Children's Bedrooms?)
The video is from February, so things may have changed a little, (condition wise) but if it's what I think it is, I'm very excited to see it!

Mek,

On  the left below the video window are

См. видео
Скачать видео

Click on either one.  The top one plays it in the current window. The bottom one opened the clip in the Windows Media player on my computer.

Whenever I get to screens like this, I just click on various highlighted links to find one that works.

Love the video!  Is there anyone here on the AP board that could translate what they are saying, not the part about the dish but maybe what they are saying during the shots taken from the second floor?  Thanks

Interesting to see the video. The room where Nicholas was born is in the wing on the right hand side of the Palace as you face it.
His children's bedrooms were over their rooms in the wing on the left - the other side of the Palace.
When I was there last month there looked to be some restoration taking place in the right wing of Alexander III.
