Yes, there is a very clear resemblance to his father in the last two pictures. In the second he is wearing Life Guard Hussars summer undress uniform (you can tell the regiment from the hussar boots and breeches). I would hazard a guess the picture was taken during summer camp at Krasnoe Selo.

Yes, I agree - there is similar one taken during summer camp, I think in the 1890's.
