I just ordered this book. I spoke with Paul a while back and asked him about s/h. From Canada to the US it is often at least $15.00.

Paul has consigned some of his inventory to Courtyard Books in Iowa and so the cost of shipping within the US is less. I believe that Courtyard is going to post the book on Amazon.

So for those of us who want to get the book and pay less for the shipping, take a look on Amazon. If it is not there yet, it will be soon.

Did Paul give some indication of which books, or categories of books, would be available through Courtyard Books? That $15 Canadian becomes prohibitive over time, with multiple purchases. I'd buy more if the expense were for the actual book, rather than a transfer payment to the Canadian government.

Unfortunately, I only asked about this one, but Paul is very nice to talk to and I am sure if you email him at his site, he will get back to you quickly.

I agree about the $15. Even his calendars quickly become more expensive when s/h is added and then the currency conversion.
