Alexandra was always presented as a bejeweled young beauty, that was not longer true at the end of her time as Queen (shortly before the death of her husband).

It appears from this image, that the Rundell Tiara was also capable of displaying the diamond stars, for which Queen Alexandra was so noted for. I have never seen this image before - thank you.
