Sorry, I should have read the previous posts. I still would like to know if the FSS has released the data they used to work with in order to formulate their conclusions. From the above posts then am I to believe that a claimant's Y chromosome can now be compared to Nichola's...that's great! Is Nicholas's  Y Chromosome profile available to look at?

Surprised to see that you have returned determined as ever. I urge you to contact the Director of The Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory, which conducted the assays directly, rather than seeking public attention about your 'claim' on this forum.

Thank you Margarita for your welcome it was heart warming as usual. My ' claim ' as you put it is to find the truth wherever it leads. I don't walk through Briar bushess to find comfort or a clear path so you needn't be worried. If I'm not welcome on this site you need just say the word.

Donald,I am just wondering if you till post here.I just want you to know that on your recommendation of Shay Mcneals
k "The Secret Plot to Rescue the Tsar" I can't wait to read it,and just ordered it from my local library.  I hope that you are
still around to discuss this topic. I believe that there is so much mystery and intrigue regarding the Romanov's that needs to
come to light and that NOW is the time that the real truth ,be revealed.

I believe that the truth will be revealed.First the right questions need asked. I have a list of questions that if it were up to me,
I would expect answered in resolving the great Romanov mystery. So if your around,I hope you return to this forum.

Hi Brooke :)

I am not Monsieur Reynolds, but I think I can help. I've read Mme McNeal's book, and I've researched lots of stuff. I sent you a email via gmail. I hope you got it. Because for some reason my PM service is not working, keeps saying ''the words you have written do not match the pictures.'' weird anyway, please do hopefully answer my email :) God Bless! :)

So has anyone ever ventured the thought of a new person coming forward that the dna test MATCHED the DNA already done on the family remains, and if the new one matched also Prince Philip, that would pretty much pull everything together and answer alot of the "if" questions, just a food for thought question, wouldn't that be astounding, just think!!

It wouldn't mean a lot. The precise nature of the targeting of the testing has been much hyped, but the field has advanced a great deal since the tests were carried out and the statistical salience of the results is far less than is commonly believed. The more recent Japanese analysis gives food for thought.

Your statement is in fact incorrect.  The progress of DNA testing has done nothing but confirm the accuracy of the original testing.  If you are referring to the "Otsu" test, it has been shown to be using a compromised sample...
