I thought she meant 100 years ago generically, like people say, oh, that was 100 years ago, not refering to a specific year, but just meaning, a century ago, slightly over a century ago, or around a century ago, so while I did read the thread title, I interpreted it differently. I think it would be interesting to do this for different years with the Romanovs, not just 1909.

Thanks for all photos -- KarlandZita, amazing --  though I am not sure was Alexandra and Aleskei one in carriage taken during 1913. Only I am sure it is Moscow. also seen labeled it as '1912'. Those come from 'the Niva' journal -- most likely it is 1913 then.  Any information would be helpful! Since IMO this one is supposed to be taken during Moscow ceremonies in 1913:
