Who were Ileana's children and how did her first husband, Archduke Anton, fit into the Habsburg family?

It's kind of confusing for me to explain... let's see... Anton's last relative of note who actually had Austria as their main place of title was Archduchess Maria Carolina (1752-1814), daughter of Empress Maria Theresa of Austria and also the elder sister of the infamous Marie Antoinette.

Here's one of the lines of descent (Seems the Austrians also liked to marry into their own family and have huge amounts of children):

Archduchess Maria Carolina of Austria m. King Ferdinand IV of Naples & Sicily (side note: they had 17 children! Wow! Although 10 of them did not survive childhood)
---------------
King Francesco I of The Two Sicilies m. Infanta Marie Isabella of Spain
---------------
King Ferdinand II of The Two Sicilies m. Archduchess Marie Therese of Austria
---------------
Princess Maria Immacolata of The Two Sicilies m. Archduke Karl Salvador of Austria, Prince of Tuscany (KS's father was Grand Duke Leopold II of Tuscany)
---------------
Archduke Leopold Salvator of Austria, Prince of Tuscany m. Infanta Blanca of Spain
---------------
Archduke Anton of Austria, Prince of Tuscany

As seems to befall some of Queen Victoria's Descendants in that they suffer tragic deaths, Marie Ileana along with her husband Count Jaroslav Kottulinsky was killed in an aeroplane accident in Brazil. Marie was expecting her second baby at the time.

Their only child  Countess Ileana Kottulinsky being left an orphan at 1 year of age.

After her divorce from Anton,  Ileana married again, to a Romanian doctor in the USA - it was only after their divorce that she became an Orthodox nun, and founded a monastary in Pennsylvania.  She was known as Mother Alexandra.

After marriage and raising six children, she became a novice at the Monastery of the Veil in Bussy, France in 1961. She professed monastic vows there in 1967 and later that year founded The Orthodox Monastery of the Transfiguration in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania—the first English speaking Orthodox monastery for women in the United States. She fell asleep in the Lord on January 21, 1991 and is buried at the monastery she founded.

From looking at photos of her thruout her life, it appears to me that she may have inherited the figure of her grandmother, the Grand Duchess Marie.  So did Elizabeth.
