It's not Nicholas brother, Michale  imo  ...though I wondered at  first. Aunt Olga A was there and I believe her first husband as well.
So there are number of persons he could be attacted to . Still he had to be close to be there at such a family outing ...there are many photos taken that day and it might pay to study them

I have a question about a photo. I know this at Peterhof ..but isn't  that Christopher of Greece with Olga? ( and Anya? ) How interesting.

Maybe, but im not sure. Its something about that moustache...

Well, he did have such moustache in 1903. This picture can be like 1906 IMO, I don´t know how long he had that thing on his face.

Yes, I see Madame Anna Vyrubova. I think it was taken in late 1913/early 1914.

I agree with Ally because I recall seeing another setting from the same session with Grand Duke Mikail.

Luckly there are a good number of pictures taken that day so there's a better chance of comparing other photos . I just saw a photo where
MA  has this mustache....  and only family  seem to be there.  It almost is a case, where it has to be him .

Here is  Prince Christopher of Greece. It seems to me the man in this photo with Olga and Anna, is he. We know Prince Christopher  expressed the desire to marry Olga,  so it's interesting  there is this photo of them together from that that time... or even later. That was  in late 1913, or early in 1914, ( because Olga was 18 when Christopher asked Nicholas for her hand )  and this photos seems a bit later than that. Unlike Carol,  Olga  didn't reject Prince Christopher completely if I recall. It's conjecture on my part, but it seems she's annoyed at being photographed and he looks uncomfortable! lol!  Olga  seems about to tell a sister to get lost. lol!   I wonder if she would have agreed to his proposal if things worked out differently  and he agreed to staying  in Russia of course!

blessOTMA, you have a very good imagination;).

I think (sure) that this man with Olga and Vyrubova on photo is just one of the HIM Cossack Guard's Convoy officers (rank "Sotnik", US - Lieutenant). Nothing more. Of course he can have some resemble to Christopher of Greece, but it's only a good coincidence. Moreover, the man on photo has a typical southern dark appearance (Georgian or more likely, Azerbaijanian). Nothing from the Greek royalty;)

Btw, as I can see, photo itself is taken on balcony of Vyrubova house in Tsarskoe Selo. So, it's 100% officer of HIM Guard's Cossack Convoy (and not for example Terek Cossack), which was dislocated in Tsarskoe Selo.

I have a question about Olga's 1911 formal pictures. As you can see here:
she is wearing what appears to be a sprig of flowers in the middle of her dress, something her sisters aren't:
And you can see it here too: http://nd01.jxs.cz/683/835/e492c3b157_44824547_o2.jpg
Is it a sprig of flowers, or perhaps a broach? I understand that her 16th birthday was in 1911, maybe it was a present which is why she wears it but not her sisters?

It seems a brooch to me, but it's clear the session was taken before Novbember, since ON's hair is still down on her shoulders.
I don't know exactly why the sisters don't have them... we should ask Sarushka.

Looks like lily-of-the-valley to me, but I'm not sure whether it's live flowers or a brooch.
