Yes, this is more of an everyday one as opposed to the more ceremonial ones which usually had the combs (peinetas) to hold it in place for moving around--during services, celebrations, etc...I wonder why Paz is wearing one as they became largely ceremonial after the death of her mother (who had helped popularize them and encouraged their wearing). She looks to be wearing black but the mantilla is white--both colors associated with mourning.

Got it !  Wink I think she still identify herself as a Spanish Infanta even she had been a Bavarian Princess for a long time.
