I wonder if that scene means something, I remember one similar drawing about the coronation of AII, his mother Alexandra Feodorovna is embracing he in the same way. I even thought that was the same portrait!

I think the top one IS from the ILN. Tipsimages.it just gathers photos, etc...from those sites.

Not sure. I saw both images of the same subject from ILN, and they were not as detailed as these.
