Princess Madeline

There was a news burb this morning saying HRH Princess Madeleine and Jonas were engaged over the weekend.
That is not so,the Swedish Court has denied the couples engagement.

Today, Tuesday 11 August 2009, the engagement between Her Royal Highness Princess Madeleine and Mr. Jonas Bergström was announced.
 
After His Majesty The King of Sweden had given his consent to the marriage between the Princess and Mr. Bergström, His Majesty, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Swedish Constitution, requested the approval by the Swedish Government, which subsequently has been communicated to His Majesty.
The wedding date is not decided.   
 


Meeting with the press 
Media is invited to meet with Princess Madeleine and Mr. Jonas Bergström Tuesday 11 August at 16 o'clock at Solliden Palace. This will not be a traditional press conference, but rather a photo opportunity with a possibility to put a few questions to the couple. For this reason we are mainly directing ourselves to larger media with a wide distribution both nationally and internationally. For photos we refer to photo agencies.
 
Only one writing journalist per media will be invited. You are kindly requested to make an accreditation to attend the press meeting at 16 o'clock. The accreditation should be made at 14 o'clock, at the latest, to Annika Sönnerberg by phone +46 8 402 60 00 or by mail to annika.sonnerberg@royalcourt.se
To be able to see which media are offered seats, please see the enclosed file.
 
Journalists are kindly requested to bring their press ID's .

Mr Kimberly had a private lunch with her....he was very impressed. Very beautiful lady he thought !!

i have to say, i have revised my opinion of her looks, looking through all these other beautiful pictures of her posted. its that badly tanned costume party picture that made me think she wasn't that good looking. she is actually rather stunning

You don't have to be embarrassed, ferngully! I think the same way as you do when Madde gets so tanned. In the last picture above, she's very stunning, indeed! I hope there are more pics like that :-)
