Quote
Nicholas: Nikorai
Alexandra: Arekisandora
Olga: Origa
Tatiana: Tachiyana
Maria: Mariya
Anastasia: Anasutashiya
Alexei: Arekisei

If all of that is correct, then these katakana-character combinations would be used:

Avatar from Tatiana + Olga | Governess - The Tatiana Fanlisting
"She's so bossy that we call her "the Governess."" - Anastasia from Anastasia, the Last Grand Duchess.

No katakana characters appear on my screen! But yes, those are correct. I am Japanese Orthodox - my name in Japanese becomes Georugii, the 'o' and the second 'i' being written in half-size characters.

The Japanese versions of the Holy Royal Martyrs' names are very musical.  I wonder what they would become in Hawaiian, where every consonant is separated by a vowel.

Italian:

Niccolo, Alessandra, Maria and Alessio would be the only ones I could be certain of.

The katakana came through this time. Yes they are all correct!

I imagine they would be similar in Hawaiian though, I think Hawaiian has less consonants than Japanese. Also the Japanese semi-vowel 'n' (as in a-re-ki-sa-N-do-ra) would need to be followed by a vowel in Hawaiian.

I will have a guess at what they might be in Maori (spoken in New Zealand and very close to Hawaiian)

Nikorai
Arekihanitora
Orika
Tatiana
Maria
Anahitahia
Arekihei

BTW, Queen Victoria is in Maori: Kuini Wikitoria
