Ritka, do not feel alone.

And as if GD/GP Janet's warning about the Visa cards wasn't enough...>:(

The least I could do is work on the props--you all know I have the most superb artistic talent.  I can actually make stick people look like sticks. ;D  (And if I really try hard, my trees might actually look like broccoli!)  Cool huh? ::)

Ahem-ing and Tapping Her Foot Impatiently,
Shivbizk

Princess Ritka:

Would you please be so kind as to start Imperial Claimants - Part 5.

This is one of your royal duties.

As Tsar I do so graciously thank you and I do hope that all is well.

Please do come to the palace and audition for a part in our new movie extravaganza that is being co-produced by Warner Brothers in Burbank near Hollywood.  Also, the old Charlie Chaplin Studio is supplying some of the costumes and Count Robby is making the rest.  He's such a dear and a great talent for such a youthful age.

Tsar Doug..........tea time at the palace.....we're having Earl Grey tea today.

PS:  GD Anna how is your new palace coming along?  Keep us up to date, dear one.

Dear Tsar Doug,

Please do try to confine Segwaying to sidewalks...the little old ladies who sweep the snow off the doorsills of the palace have confided in me that you almost knock them over going in and out the door on your new toy. They of course are not complaining, merely discussing this new Imperial habit of yours. I do hope that this habit goes the way of your infatuation with Edsel motorcars in that it ends before hard winter sets in. That Edsel convertible in place of the Imperial Troika for moonlight rides in the dead of winter almost made for a dead Imperial Court...or at least one with alot of head colds.  With humble best regards, and caio for now, GD Melissa and the dear doggies

Dear Doug:

You have, of course, reserved the role of Josephine for moi.

Yours for playing Martinique Mata Haris--

Dearest Claimants:

Well, here we are again, about to embark upon a new adventure . . . this time in dear old Hollywoodland. How thoughtful of them to spruce up the famous hillside sign just in time for our arrival.  :D

Such a to-do amongst us all. Some of us designing, some of us acting, some of us sitting around waving big black cigars. And do not worry, dear Ritka and Shivbzik: as our junior members, you of course will have the opportunity to be starlets. Just get ready for those cheesecake shots!

Truth to tell, I am a bit concerned about my dear sister Lexi. Jumping into a river and then waking up in an assylum is no way to win an Academy Award, trust me.

As for dear dear Tsar Doug, thank you so much, darling GD (aka Countess) Melissa for warning him off those Segways. Now, if we can only get him to discard those sunglasses, puttees, riding crop and riding boots and convince him to provide better employment for that man who runs around after him, ready to slip a director's chair under his (ahem) posterior whenever he starts to sit.

Your Very Own Star Lady--

The GD/GP Janet
