NOTES: Capital letter for "you" referring to Nicholas is  in the original. Also "Papa" and "Mama" have capital letters. Please not that, even with capital letters, in Russian  marija  does not use the formal form "Vy" (english= You) but the colloquial, informal ty (=thou in old english). This is interesting.
            I think Mafija could be Maria Pav young. but am not sure. There wasn't no explanation.
