Whomever this is,not a duchess of Luxembourg and not in 1889 as King Willem III of the Netherlands was also GrandDuke of Luxembourg and Emma his Grandduchess,so,sorry for E-bay to have their captions wrong.And a de Laboulaye,Charles must be the lesser known of the three Laboulayes.

Please can you  help me to identify all the people in this picture?

I acknowledge: Seated from left to right: Maria Adelaide of Anhalt-Dessau and  Adolphe I Grand Duke of Luxembourg, the girls are Maria Adelaide and Charlotte, unknown lady and Princess Maria Anna Braganza with her daughter in her arms Hilda, who was born in February 1897. Behind Adolphe I, his daughter Hilda and  husband Frederick II of Baden, and behind M. Anna Braganza Crown Prince William, who is her husband.
