I agree with you RomanovFan. I did'nt doubt for a second who she was supposed to be. I had a little hard time to figure who was Marie and who was Olga in "Nicholas and Alexandra". Fiona Fullerton is the best lookalike I've seen so far, and I have seen a lot of different girls play the role as her over the years. The second best is the one who played her in "The lost Prince".

I think Fiona Fullerton was a good likeness for Anastasia, certainly better than most. In 'Nicholas and Alexandra' it took me an awful long time to tell OTM apart, they looked nothing like them.

I think the animation 1997 "anastasia" was good too.

But oh lord! Indeed the movie "Lost prince" was good I just have such hard time watching the part with the romanov's. Espically the betrayle or Alexander!

I have to say that I really liked the girl in Romanovy - Ventsenosnaya Semya.

But the girl Rasputin-Dark servant of destiny resembled real Anastasia pretty well too. At least she had that amiable quality in herself.

The Assasin of the Tsar Anastasia was a pretty young woman, but didn´t look as seventeen years old.

I always thought the girl who played Maria had a similar face shape of Anastasia in Romanovy (obviously she is older then the actress who played Anastasia) and the girl playing Anastasia looked more like Maria.  But then again the girl playing Anastasia had Anastasia's charm and she was in character.

Probably the "Anastasia" that looked the most like the real one was the one played by Dawn O'Day in "Rasputin And The Empress" You just look at her and you know who she is playing:

I simply love way Anastasia was portrayed in movies ---almost all Anastasias are in her the most famous 1909 style(picture). Of course, don't forget her joking, as she was in real life.  Wink

If Dawn's hair wasn't so curly she would've been good.

I for myself thinks that Anastasia played in the movie Romanovy - Ventsenosnaya Semya was the one most like Anastasia but Fiona Fullerton who played Anastasia in Nicholas and Alexandra look much like Anastasia and so did the the person who played her in Rasputin-Dark servant of destiny. That is what I think but it is my opinion.

I prefer the Nastya in Romanovy - Ventsenosnaya Semya. But the girl that played in Rasputin - Dark Servant Of Destiny is pretty good as well.

She's thin.
I prefer the one on Dark Servant. She looks more like Nastaska on the first pic.
Anastasia on Ventsenosnaya Semya looks pretty, too (Nastaska's and her hair color match I think) .
