Did the Stuarts have middle names?

King Charles II, James II, etc.......what were their full names? (if they had them)

James I's eldest son was Henry Frederick.
Charles I's first son was called Charles James.
William III's mother was called Mary Henrietta.
Minette was Henriette Anne (the Anne was after Anne of Austria).
The Winter Queen's children had middle names - Frederick Louis, Charles Louis, Louise Hollandine, Henrietta Maria and Gustav Adolf.
One of Charles II's illegitimate daughters was called Charlotta Jemima Henrietta Maria.
Three of James II's daughters had middle names - Katherine Laura, Charlotte Maria and Louise Marie.
James II's only surviving son was James Francis Edward, and his sons were Charles Edward Louis John Philip Casimir Sylvester Maria and Henry Benedict Thomas Edward Maria Clement Francis Xavier.

William III's middle name was Henry.  His namesake, William, Duke of Gloucester, also had Henry as his middle name.
