Books by Richard Hough

Does anyone know this author? I found some of his books online - 'Louis and Victoria: the First Mountbattens', 'Edward and Alexandra: their public and private lives' and 'Born Royal' (I think it's about George V's children).

Has anyone read these books? Are they worth buying? Thanks!

Prince, "Louis and Victroria, The First Mountbattens" is a great book! Don't know about the others.

Lieven, I think you'd also like "Edward & Alexandra" by Richard Hough.  It's pretty detailed and accurate to me.  Elizabeth Longford said "I loved it", so that is noteworthy.  :)

I have read all three of the books you mentioned, and I enjoyed all of them.  The only one I have in my possession is Edward and Alexandra, but I think they are all worth it.  It's been a while since I've read Born Royal.

Thanks a lot, Grace and jfkhaos. I'd never even heard of any of these books until I stumbed upon them online. So many books, so little money!  :P
