 I just finished "Romeo and Juliet" and I was thinking that Niky and Alix were just like them. I men that R & J were not allow to marry,so N & A . R&J love eachother very much, so N&A. They die together( N&A were actulally kill not dieing of love.

hmm.. i see where you were getting at

but you must remeber that Romeo and Juliet are fictional and
that they were very young, and what from i read, Romeo seemed

to fall in love with Juliets beauty! she him too, but then fell "deeply in love"
i think they were blinded because they were so young

there are similarities between th two couples!
but the N&A died for a different reasons. political not for their love

but they did die together and loved each other very much.

I don't recall anything about N&A not being allowed to get married, why was that?

i once read
that Alexander III didn't want Nicholas to marry alix
beacuse she was "A simple German princess"
and wasn't of social standard to marry the next tsar or russia!
