One question, to put a banner, there is only to host it on some site and then put the address in the signature place? Because I tried that and instead of the picture appears only the link ...

host the picture you want as banner in any photo hosting page as Tinypic or Imageshack and then of all the links theey giuve you , choose the one which have the [IMG] code. Copy and past it .
