Anna Vyrubova fantasizing about Nicholas?  A major fan of the Romanovs?  You did put hearts and "lurve" near her.  Don't blame me for paying attention to the lady.  Blame Pandora.

hahaha, no, it's not Anna:) I was just sketching along some characters, and it happened that the lady was put near N and A, just like that. I first, I wanted to cut her out, but I thought she's kinda funny, so she stayed:) but she has nothing in common with the Romanovs, I think...

Before this continues to even greater lengths, I just have to say something. This thread is for art by Romanov fans of Romanovs; the fact the art is by Romanov fans implies its content is Romanov related. As greatly skilled as you may be, many of the recent sketches and other drawings being posted here have nothing to do with Romanovs. At all. If you are indeed hoping to display your talents and get feedback, I would propose making a DeviantArt account. In the mean time can we keep the images strictly to NOATMAA and their Russian relatives?

Well, I tried sketching Irina...totally failed. 



I struggled greatly with her mouth and jaw...I'll keep practicing.

OMG, I am simply amazed, it it outstanding, marvellous, splendid! But I remember seeing the 2nd one of Heir, while still being a newbie here, sometime in late 2006. I did one drawing of Alexei in uniform as well, and since I don't have a scanner, I will have to upload photographed drawing, it is only remaining solution I am aware of.

Ashanti01, it does look like Irena! Take heart, no one here will seriously judge you : D I'd also like to apologize for my somewhat sharp words right after your previous post, I hope you didn't think it was directly aimed at you.

And Lisa...you always have produced the most exquisite pieces. I was thrilled to see several new ones (to me at least).
