This is one of the ladies-in-waiting from the larger Winterhalter portrati gogm posted.
Eugenie is a favorite and the portraits that Winterhalter did of her are some of the loveliest of royal portraiture, in my opinion. I was just entranced by them as a little girl.

It´s because their style is so similar. The "green" lady is a part from a bigger picture, where Eugenie is in the middle, and around her a lot of her female stuff...
