I'll Breath.

-I'll breath when the fighting stops,
-I'll breath when when dust is washed from the marble floors,
-I'll breath when the tears of glass stop falling from my soul,
-And I'll breath when light shines through the broken windows of heaven.

Wow Tatianochka! So good poem! Continue it...I love the details.

Well, here's mine. (just made this instead of my assignment!) P.S. I'm not as good as Darling Tatianochka...

Mi Olga Nikolaevna

The serene sky glows with stars,
As I sit on my airy balcony,
Reckoning, reminiscing,
The girl whom I really love to see.

She is Olga,
God made her holy, hence her name,
Born free but secluded,
From the world she incessantly wished.

She has eyes so enchanting,
Of blue cornflower blooms,
She has a voice so sweet.
That could be likened to euphony.

Her touch is so subtle,
Enough to express her propitious heart,
Oh, her heart…so immaculate and brave,
And her mind…so sensible and intellectual.

My fair Olga’s not just a princess,
To my eyes and all,
She’s an angel up above,
Looking down on me eternally.

Here is the whole poem:
I'll Breath.

-I'll breath when the fighting stops,
-I'll breath when when dust is washed from the marble floors,
-I'll breath when the tears of glass stop falling from my soul,
-And I'll breath when light shines through the broken windows of heaven.

-I'll stand when the pain stops,
-I'll stand when the rain cleans the death from my soul,
-I'll stand when my tears have turned to mist,
And I'll stand when I hear the chimes of heaven.

-I'll smile when the war has passed,
-I'll smile when the clouds have turned to sunshine,
-I'll smile when the mist has faded to a shadow,
-And I'll smile,when I see you.

Yes, Danke schoen (or to be more precise - Danke schön ;) ) means "thank you very much" in German. and "Danke" means "thank you". :)

Olishka
A young lady standing tall
With her golden hair
And kind blue eyes
In her head she thinks of the days
The days she's missing most
That night was so warm, yet she felt so cold
Her soul couldn't stand it
Her last days had felt so long
But here favourite days seemed so short.
No more pain she has to suffer
Olishka is with God almighty dear in that place called heaven

These poems are tremendous!!!Wonderful!!  Love them! When I read them, I feel the same thing I feel as I paint
the children. I feel an enormous life force that was cut off, but it  refuses to disappear entirely...a life force that seeks expression in concert though us today. The proof is in the poetry, the proof is in the paintings .
