For some reason, my number of posts has been replaced by the word "leet".  What does that mean?

"leet", also written 1337, is computer geek speech for "elite" and an alternative alphabet:

It turns out to be part of the software we use.  When you get to 1337 total posts, it is hardcoded to go to "leet" for elite status.  Newer modifications to the software will fix that.

What does "leet" mean?
Elite.

Funny how the noun "elite" is элита in Russian and the adjective (as in "elite status") is элитный.
