This one was edited in "the Panorama" in 1901, it seems to be a montage, according to the book "Un Tsar à Compiègne ". Some people said they are in mourning for the queen Victoria and others for Empress Frederic. According to Xavier Paoli, the name of the dog is Lofki, but I am not sure of this information.
