Why did the Queen Mother move into Clarence house rather than the grander Marlborough House?

Who were the stunners in the Romanov family and their kin?  Obviously Grand Duchess Elizabeth, Princess Natalia Paley, Princess Irina Alexandrovna and Princess Zenaida Yousoupov.  Who else might be in this category?  Photos would be helpful of course.

Worth Discussing:
The Rothschild family (often referred to simply as the Rothschilds), is an international banking and finance dynasty of German Jewish origin that established operations across Europe, and was ennobled by the Austrian and British governments.

Palaces in St. Petersburg / Returning confiscated property...

Does anyone know why the Russian government didn't return confiscated property, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, to the original owners?  I believe several Eastern European countries did make "amends".  Have nobles claimed their properties back?
