The enthonement ceremony occurs before the assembed members of parliament.  It is rather simple with no great pomp or ceremony involved.  Foreign Heads of States and Royals are not generally present.

Does anyone have the floor plans for the Former Royal Palace in Sofia, which is now the National Art Gallery?  It would be great to see them posted here.

During the exile of the royal family, Prince Kyril enjoyed the life of a playboy prince and spent many hours in the casino.  When he returned to Bulgaria, he was penniless and had to be supported by his brother King Boris III.  With the exception of status, he had little to offer.

It has often been speculated the Princess Evdokia fell in love with a Bulgarian, perhap a politian.  In those times royal pincesses didn't marry outside their rank.  Evdokia was far too devoted to Bulgaria and King Boris to ever consider marriage to a foreign prince.

I think H.R.H. The Duchess of Cornwall looked stunning.  I am quite pleased that she is sporting the family order.  I long for the day, when she received GCVO, and KG.

Has anyone ran across any old or recent photos of the Psychiko estate?   I would love to get the feel of the royal residence.

Regarding the issue of the Serb and Portuguese royal properties being returned; it is my understanding the Portuguese royals had to renounce their claim to their former properties as a condition of their return.  This situation in Serbia is different and bit more complicated.  Some properties were returned while others were put into a joint trust by which T.R.H. Prince Alexander and Princess Katherine enjoy the use and have some say about what happens to the royal collections.   While this may be an over simplistic explanation; however, I believe you get the general idea.

In order for the Royal Family to regain any confidence in the Greek people, His Majesty and other members of the Royal Family should establish a permanent residence in Greece and become involved in phlanthropic work to promote the good for Greece.  This has been done on Portugal and Serbia, where the former Royal Families have become quite popular.

Personally, I would love to see the Monarchy reinstated; however, it seems quite unlikely at this point.

I would love to see a pic of the Rila Mountain Lodges in Bulgaria.  They are Sara-Ghyol, Sitniakovo, Ovnarsko.

What is the layout of the Royal palace in Sofia.  I know it is currently the National Art Gallery and National Ethnological Museum.  I would love to know layover of the rooms.

"Queen" Marie-Louise was actually never a queen.  During her life, Bulgaria was a principality and she was titled Princess Marie-Louise of Bulgaria.

The Royal Palace, which is now the national Art Gallery was their official residence.   Vrania Palace was their weekend retreat, sort like Windsor Castle.  Euxinograd was the Summer Palace.

I don't think that any of the Bulgarian Palace's were very large or grand.
