I found this photo, and wondered, where in Buckingham Palace, it was taken?
One urban legend that surrounds the British royal family is that Queen Victoria ( Little Drina) was a results of an affair that her mother, Victoria, duchess of Kent had.
There are several theory's for this, some of them are -
- The absence of porphyria in Queen Victoria's descendants (Don't forget this is what George III had)
-The rise of hemophilia within the family. No one in the Duke or Duchess of Kent's family suffered from it (it was also unknown within Albert's family). QV herself was puzzled by the emergence of the disease.
What do you think?
there was a wonderful Documentary on royal diseases and queen Victoria did pass porphyria down to her decedents particularly to a grand daughter princess Charlotte had porphyria . Queen Victoria absolutely resembled her father the duke of Kent and had the Hanoverian looks there is no question she was the duke of kents daughter
