I wrote a book FANNY LEAR LOVE AND SCANDAL IN TSARIST RUSSIA. My book has the translation of Le Roman d'une Americaine en Russie. Also it contains 5 years of research in Philadlephia, Washington,  France, Russia and Uzbekistan, and information never before published about the Grand Duke. It is being translated in Uzbekistan

Dear Greg,

There is a book,written by Ms. Eagar, which I think will be published here at The Alexander Palace. I can not remember the name, but I have red it. I got it from my local library, through the Interloan Services. It is worth reading.

I Think you are so luck to have a signed book by Empress Alexandra.

I Think so - the Imperial Family would have been saved.  Queen Victoria had in mind that Olga N. would marry Edward, Prince of Wales. Later there were talks of this marriage. I read somewhere that the Standard officers used to tease Olga about this.  In one of her birthdays they send her flowers with a card reading "love from David".I also read that Alexandra thought that Tatiana was better prepared to be Queen of England, since Olga definetly did not want to leave Russia.

If one of these marriages had ahppened, History would have been changed - I Think.
